Masttro

Led the instructional design, content strategy, and visual identity for the Knowledge Center, a client-facing learning platform fully integrated into Masttro’s MDFO application. Developed using Zendesk and designed for a seamless user experience, the platform centralized user guides, FAQs, and tutorial videos created in collaboration with operational teams across the organisation. Restructured existing learning materials to improve clarity, consistency, and accessibility. Developed and implemented a company-wide Style Guide to standardise language and tone, while creating custom visual assets and UX elements that reflected Masttro’s brand and enhanced user engagement.
