Masttro University

Led the design, implementation, and instructional strategy of Masttro University, a secure internal LMS developed to support employee learning across Europe and the Americas. Collaborated with the Learning & Development team to create over 55 e-learning courses focused on Masttro’s MDFO platform and human resources topics, using Articulate Storyline and Adobe Illustrator. Developed the platform’s visual identity and trained the Learning & Development team in content creation and design tools. The selection and implementation of the LMS were aligned with ISO 27001 principles, supporting data security, scalability, and sustainable growth.
